What You'll Do
As a Vice President of Operations, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinics within an assigned region.
- Partner with Regional Managers in the recruitment, development, coaching, performance management, and retention of Clinical Managers.
- Serve as a mentor and leader to Regional Managers and Clinical Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support organizational goals and regional growth initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operational metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clinic operations and corporate leadership, ensuring effective implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physician groups, community partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive business development efforts and identify opportunities to expand market presence and clinic services.
- Lead the planning, development, and successful launch of new clinic locations within the region.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and customer service metrics to ensure a high-quality patient experience across all locations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term regional strategic plans.
- Champion change management initiatives and support organizational growth and transformation efforts.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required.
- Current state licensure or certification as required by law.
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple clinics, facilities, or healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and achieving operational goals.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively navigate change and lead organizational initiatives.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient and employee experiences.
