We are now offering a Community Referral Program, rewarding individuals for referring talented healthcare professionals to join our team! If you know a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, physical therapist assistant or occupational therapy assistant looking for new opportunities, this program is perfect for you.

Earn a Referral Bonus

Our non-employee referral bonus is $1,500 for each full-time clinical referral that is hired at CORA. Once your referral begins working with CORA, you’ll receive your referral bonus after they complete 90 days of full-time employment.

A few thing to note:

Referral Bonus Eligibility
  • Referral bonuses will be paid in one installment upon the referred candidate’s completion of 90 days of full-time employment.
  • The referred employee must be in good standing (i.e., not on a performance improvement plan or under disciplinary action) at the 90-day mark.
  • The referred employee must not have submitted their resignation before reaching 90 days of employment.
Referral Conditions
  • Internal transfers, promotions, or rehires (including those moving from a non-applicable to applicable role).
  • Candidates who have already been contacted by CORA (e.g., HR, TA, Hiring Manager).
  • Candidates who have previously reached out to CORA about employment opportunities.
  • Candidates who have formally applied to CORA in the past year.
  • Candidates referred through an external recruitment agency
  • Candidates hired as part-time or PRN (unless they are expected to transition to full-time following clinical licensure or another qualifying circumstance).
  • Referral must be hired within 120 days from submission date.
