What You'll Do
As a Student Experience Manager at CORA, you'll:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students from placement confirmation through completion of their clinical experience.
- Build meaningful relationships that promote student engagement, readiness, and professional success.
- Coordinate student onboarding across multiple locations, academic programs, and clinical settings.
- Ensure onboarding requirements, compliance documentation, credentialing, and system access are completed accurately and on time.
- Facilitate communication and introductions between students and Clinical Instructors before rotations begin.
- Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively address barriers to student readiness.
- Troubleshoot onboarding, scheduling, communication, and technology-related issues.
- Maintain accurate student records and tracking data across multiple systems and platforms.
- Support orientations, webinars, workshops, and educational programming for students.
- Connect students with mentorship, residency, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Clinical Education, Clinical Excellence, Operations, Clinical Instructors, and clinic leaders to support successful clinical experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, academic programs, and clinical education partners.
- Support Clinical Instructor engagement, education, communication, and recognition initiatives.
- Identify high-potential students and partner with recruiting and operational leaders on student-to-employee conversion efforts.
- Analyze feedback, program data, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CORA's student experience programs, processes, and performance metrics.
What You'll Need
- Current PT, PTA, OT, or COTA license in good standing within the United States.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical practice experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience serving as a Clinical Instructor.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take initiative with minimal direction.
- Comfortable presenting, teaching, and facilitating virtual or in-person educational sessions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing evolving priorities and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- APTA Certified Clinical Instructor credential.
