What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Business Partner at CORA, you'll:
- Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees within assigned client groups
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, training, succession planning, and employee development
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and change management
- Drive talent and performance processes, including talent reviews, organizational planning, annual engagement survey and leadership development initiatives
- Support compensation planning, promotions, job evaluations, and other talent-related decisions
- Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending solutions that support business objectives
- Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through strong relationships and consistent partnership with the business
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and business leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Drive, communicate, and implement HR initiatives across assigned client groups
- Participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies that deliver accurate, consistent, and timely information on business issues and employee concerns
- Support the execution of multiple business plans and projects
- Build, deploy, and maintain employee training programs within the Learning Management System
- Assist in developing and/or reforming company policies; help implement these policies throughout the organization
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures, across multiple facilities
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting remain compliant
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, organizational development or related field.
- Minimum of five years in variety of Human Resources roles is preferred.
- Strong initiative, sound judgment, and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of employee relations practices and applicable state and federal employment law.
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization; exercises sound judgment around confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong multi-tasking capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to audiences from frontline staff to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
- Comfortable supporting multiple work sites/departments; flexible with work hours and travel.
