Looking to build a meaningful career as a Business Development Representative? The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving referral growth and business development initiatives throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. This role develops and strengthens relationships with employers, physicians, attorneys, insurance carriers, adjusters, nurse case managers, and community stakeholders to promote CORA's workers' compensation, physical therapy, injury prevention, and return-to-work services. The position serves as a key liaison between referral sources and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and growth.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative at CORA, you’ll:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase workers' compensation referrals and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, safety managers, risk managers, physicians, attorneys, adjusters, nurse case managers, and third-party administrators.
- Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities across Wisconsin and Illinois.
- Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, lunch-and-learns, networking events, and educational programs.
- Promote workers' compensation services, injury prevention programs, physical therapy services, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), ergonomic assessments, and return-to-work solutions.
- Collaborate with clinic operations and leadership to ensure referral sources receive timely communication and exceptional service.
- Track referral activity, pipeline opportunities, and business development metrics using CRM and reporting tools.
- Resolve customer concerns and facilitate communication between referral sources and clinical teams.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, employer events, trade associations, and community functions.
- Maintain knowledge of workers' compensation regulations, industry trends, and competitive market conditions.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or account management experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
