The Internal Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Course is a continuation of the External Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Course taught the day before. During the Internal Pelvic Floor Course, emphasis will be placed on learning the external and internal vaginal examination and Laycock MMT. Students will be taught how to safely perform internal and external electrical stimulation and biofeedback treatments. Pelvic organ prolapse and treatment will be discussed as well as lectures on urogynecology surgeries and pharmacology. Target Audience: PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, ATCs Instructional Level: Beginners Instructional Methods: Hands-on lab, lecture with Q&A, group discussion, patient cases, evidence review. This is a live satellite course. Course Completion Requirements: must attend the entire 2-day course and complete the post-course test CEUs 8 TPTA CCUs 16 AOTA CEUs 1.6
