What You'll Do

As a Senior Regional Director at CORA, you'll:

• Oversee the overall operations, performance, and success of multiple outpatient therapy clinics within your region.
• Assess staffing needs and partner with leaders to ensure clinics are appropriately staffed for growth and patient care demands.
• Develop, coach, and retain top talent through performance management, organizational development, and leadership mentoring.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and operational targets to ensure regional goals are achieved.
• Train and develop Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers on CORA policies, procedures, operations, and marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a leader and mentor for Clinic Managers, Senior Clinic Managers, and Regional Directors.
• Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and clinic teams to ensure alignment with company programs and objectives.
• Support business development efforts and help expand CORA's presence within the communities we serve.
• Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources and strategic partners.
• Monitor customer service metrics and patient satisfaction to ensure exceptional care and experiences.
• Implement and oversee account management initiatives across all clinics within the region.
• Support leadership development efforts and identify opportunities to strengthen management competencies.
• Provide leadership in the development, opening, and growth of new clinics as needed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current state license or certification as required by law.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and teams.
• 3+ years of multi-site or multi-facility management experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to influence, engage, and inspire teams while driving accountability and results.
• Proven ability to lead operational and financial performance across multiple locations.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to introduce and implement change in a fair, firm, and trustworthy manner.
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and healthcare management systems.
• Working knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation operations.
