The Front Office Manager oversees all front office operations, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, managing audits, patient scheduling, referrals, and copays, as well as ensuring compliance with POC signatures. The role also involves tracking clinic performance metrics, providing actionable insights to operations, and conducting remediation training. Additionally, the Front Office Manager collaborates with the Training Department to advise on technical aspects of front office procedures. This is a full-time, remote position.

What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare
· 3-5 years of experience managing front office staff
· Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software
· Problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of insurance-related tasks: copays, referrals, or insurance authorization process
· Prior experience in customer service
· Strong time-management and organizational skills
· Superior written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points:
· Prior experience in a healthcare office setting
· Fluency in Spanish
What You’ll Do:
· Supervise front office tasks including referrals, copays, MIAs, PAIR, scheduling, and customer service
· Conduct monthly audits for POC signatures and POC compliance
· Manage Patient Service Center (PSC) functions and ensure smooth operations
· Monitor and report on key performance metrics
· Develop and implement action plans
· Provide accountability recommendations to Operations teams
· Conduct remediation training for front office staff as needed
· Participate in interviewing for staff positions alongside trainers and Operations leaders
· Advise the Training Department on the technical aspects of front office operations
· Foster a positive and efficient work environment
· Ensure effective communication between front office and other departments
· Monitor and maintain front office compliance with company policies and procedures
· Assist with developing and refining front office processes
· Manage daily front office scheduling to ensure effective patient flow and resource allocation
· Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization
