The Junior Marketing Representative supports and executes regional marketing and sales initiatives under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager. This role plays a key part in driving patient growth, strengthening payer mix, and supporting clinic operations through strategic sales activity. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement sales plans to increase patient visits and improve payer mix
Collaborate with Operations and Regional Sales teams to align and adjust monthly sales strategies
Track weekly sales performance and adjust activities based on results
Drive growth in fee-for-service business
Train clinic leadership on sales processes and account management systems
