As the Cash Posting Clerk at CORA Physical Therapy, you would assure that all money received at the corporate office is posted on an enterprise level in the accounts receivable program. You would also determine the best plan of action to keep all accounts receivable files organized and balanced. Additionally, in this role, you would be responsible for assisting with clerical duties such as filing finished deposits, answering incoming phone calls, looking up separate covers and filing. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do

As a Cash Posting Clerk at CORA, you’ll:

  • Organize deposits to be posted by date and monetary value (oldest date first, largest amount for each date first)
  • Post deposits into the CPAS II program (Should average 2 or more per day; depending on amount)
  • Match any separate covers to the appropriate check/deposit
  • E-mail problems to appropriate supervisors and/or employees
  • Help post co-pay logs as necessary

 

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years of experience in Cash Application/Posting
  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel required
  • Proficiency in data entry and management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • High level of personal integrity, reliability and honesty
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
