What You’ll Do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at CORA, you’ll:

• Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Drive and implement HR initiatives that support performance management, leadership development, and retention.
• Administer and optimize our performance management system within Cornerstone.
• Support leadership development programs and talent initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Promote CORA’s mission, values, and culture across multiple locations.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience; organizational development experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cornerstone and Articulate a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
