What You'll Do
As a Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist at CORA, you’ll:
- Monitor financial performance vs. budgets and standards to assure results are attained within the sub-region.
- Train Clinic Managers on CORA policies and procedures, operations, and marketing.
- Act as a leader and mentor Clinic Managers.
- Participate in marketing CORA to new regional clients/resources.
- Maintain contact with key major referral groups.
- Monitor customer service – questionnaires/reports to ensure high quality clinic product.
- Conduct one on one meetings with Clinic Managers weekly.
What You’ll Need
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.
- 3+ years of experience leading clinical teams.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to introduce and effect change in a fair, but firm and trustworthy manner.
- Ability to manage multi-facility operations with an emphasis on teaching Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers how to positively impact the metrics and propose innovative solutions to key challenges.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with staff, patients, referral sources, and all other CORA personnel.
