CORA Physical Therapy has an opening for a full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate account balances, resolve payment variances, and maintain compliance with CBO policies for assigned facilities. You’ll play a critical part in supporting revenue cycle integrity and financial accuracy across our organization.

What You'll Do

As a Revenue Integrity Analyst at CORA, you’ll:

  • Review assigned accounts to ensure accurate balances and verify billing steps.
  • Analyze payment variances and appeal underpayments based on contract terms.
  • Verify contracted rates and compare them with insurance payments; initiate appeals as needed.
  • Complete manual adjustments, overrides, and allowances for accounts where system adjudication fails.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze business reports to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Managed Care to clarify contract language and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and resolve exceptions on reports.
  • Support collections, billing, and posting teams through data analysis and insights.

 

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma required (additional education or certification desirable).
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams), SQL, Power BI, and other tools.
  • Experience with SAP and data analysis programs.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
