Rapid Referral Coordinator (Remote)

As a Rapid Referral Coordinator, you will process referral intakes for Workers Compensation Case Managers and Adjustors, as well as Commercial Accounts. *This is a full-time, remote position.

What You’ll Need: 

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

•         Effective verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Do:

•         Answer phone calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service

•         Efficiently and accurately enter referral and patient demographics in intake system (CPAS II)

•         Schedule referrals at the nearest CORA clinic based on services, mileage from home or work and/or patient’s preference

•         Call patients to set up initial evaluations

•         Send the Referral confirmation of the appointment including mileage, time, facility, date of appointment, clinic address and telephone number

•         Obtain re-authorization when patient completes initial authorized visit

•         Send clinics the intake sheet and script

•         Contact the Referral when notified of patient no shows, cancellations or rescheduled appointments

•         Maintain tracking log and communication log

•         Complete chart audits

•         Foster and grow relationships with current and new referral sources
