As a Rapid Referral Coordinator at CORA Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for processing referral intakes for Workers Compensation Case Managers, Adjustors, and Commercial Accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients are scheduled promptly and accurately, contributing to a seamless care experience. This is a full-time, remote position.

What You'll Do
As a Rapid Referral Coordinator at CORA, you’ll:
- Answer phone calls promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accurately enter referral and patient demographic information into CPAS II.
- Schedule appointments at the most convenient CORA clinic based on services, location, and patient preference.
- Contact patients to confirm initial evaluations.
- Send appointment confirmations including mileage, time, facility, date, clinic address, and contact details.
- Request re-authorizations after initial visits are completed.
- Distribute intake sheets and scripts to clinics.
- Notify referral sources of patient no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules.
- Maintain tracking and communication logs.
- Conduct chart audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in healthcare coordination or customer service preferred.
