As a Patient Access Learning Specialist, your role will involve creating and conducting training programs for new Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs). You’ll also oversee their continuous development. This role ensures effective training in patient access processes, collaborates with teams to enhance learning materials, and supports the success of patient access operations through virtual training sessions. This is a full-time, remote position.

What You’ll Need:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience within the last two years required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• High level of personal integrity, reliability, and honesty
• Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
• Prior experience in a healthcare office setting
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms
• Fluency in Spanish
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and deliver training sessions in a 100% virtual environment
• Conduct small group New Hire Training for personalized support and attention
• Facilitate monthly re-training sessions for groups of varying sizes
• Design and deliver training for new modules or processes in a group setting
• Respond promptly to training-related questions in the PSC queue, providing clear guidance and support
• Collaborate with the team to create and enhance training content for new hires and new product offerings
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and results
• Maintain a comprehensive record of training attendance, progress, and completion for reporting purposes
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials and sessions.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive virtual learning environment to ensure employee engagement and development
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization
