Marketing & Communications Specialist (Full-Time/Remote Position)

Join CORA’s Marketing Team – Where Creativity Meets Impact

At CORA Physical Therapy, we believe great marketing isn’t just about campaigns — it’s about connections. We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist who thrives on autonomy, builds strong relationships, and has the initiative to bring big ideas to life. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, tell powerful stories, and have a little fun while doing it, this could be the role for you. This is a remote position.

What You’ll Do

No two days look the same — and that’s exactly how we like it. In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive content across social media, email, and digital channels that engages patients, clinicians, and communities.
  • Support our Talent Acquisition team by creating campaigns that show why CORA is an employer of choice.
  • Partner with our Development team to launch new clinics and integrate acquisitions into the CORA family.
  • Jump in on employee experience initiatives — from recognition programs to swag kits — because culture matters here.
  • Collaborate across teams to build tools, presentations, and campaigns that help sales and operations thrive.
  • Keep your eye on the brand by monitoring reputation, reviews, and online presence.
  • Bring your creativity to every project — and have some fun along the way.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should bring energy, curiosity, and confidence to learn. Skills and traits we value:

  • Initiative & Autonomy: You don’t wait for instructions — you see what needs doing and run with it.
  • Relationship Building: You know how to connect with people — teammates, vendors, or external partners.
  • Creativity & Flexibility: You love to create, adapt, and find better ways to tell our story.
  • Tools of the Trade: Experience (or willingness to learn) with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Microsoft Suite (including SharePoint & Planner), and Listings Management Systems.
  • 2–4 years of marketing or communications experience (healthcare a plus but not required).
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Why CORA?

  • You’ll join a marketing department that balances hard work with a sense of humor.
  • You’ll have the chance to make a real impact on patient growth, clinician recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • You’ll gain exposure across the business, working directly with leaders in Sales, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Development.
  • You’ll be part of a team that values Serve Everyone, Do the Right Thing, Teamwork & Collaboration, Work Smart, and Flexibility & Resilience.
  • And yes, we celebrate our wins together — because work should be fun.
