What You’ll Do

As a Front Office Specialist at CORA, you’ll:

  • Support clinic front office operations by managing patient follow-ups, referrals, and re-engagement.
  • Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments to optimize clinic flow.
  • Provide operational flexibility by completing tasks delegated by Front Office and Operations leadership.
  • Serve as backup for phone support in clinics without a Patient Service Coordinator (PSC).
  • Manage and respond to website inquiries and the corporate phone line.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Collaborate with front office and operations teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service (healthcare office experience a plus).
  • Bonus points for fluency in Spanish.
