What You'll Do
As the Director of Provider Relations at CORA, you’ll:
- Develop, manage, and secure Letters of Agreement (LOAs) for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Post-Offer Employment Testing (POET), and Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) services with local, regional, and national providers.
- Establish provider and payor reimbursement rates by leveraging Workers’ Compensation State Fee Schedules (SFS), Usual and Customary Rates (UCR) and Prevailing Market Rates.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with national providers and key regional stakeholders to enhance service quality and network coverage. Serve as the primary liaison, building and nurturing positive relationships with new and existing providers and their staff through consistent, proactive communication.
- Reporting and Strategic Planning: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs); report on referral trends, provider engagement, financial data, and outreach effectiveness to the Vice President to strategize and plan growth opportunities. Leverage market intelligence, referral trends, and financial data to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives. Improve accounts receivable (AR) turnaround time by addressing documentation gaps and ensuring timely claim submission by providers
- Compliance: Ensures all provider relations activities, contracts, and internal processes adhere to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. The DPR will focus on improving compliance, outcomes and margins.
- Issue Resolution: The DPR will contact providers, quickly addressing and resolving issues related to contracting, billing discrepancies, and patient care coordination to minimize service disruptions. Collaborating with the VP, Operations and Billing to resolve high profile service and billing escalations.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
