Join our team as a Clinical Services Coordinator at CORA! You’ll assist the Director of Clinical Excellence and Director of Clinical Education with various administrative tasks, including managing accreditation applications and learning management systems, communicating with local teams and leadership, and developing marketing materials. Most importantly, you’ll help create a culture of learning and mentorship through client experience with your professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a full-time, remote position. Ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

What You’ll Need:

High School diploma or GED required
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required

Strong time-management and organizational skills

Highly detail-oriented

Superior written and verbal communication skills

High level of personal integrity, reliability, and honesty

Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment

What You’ll Do:
-
Assist Director of Clinical Excellence with the daily management of internal and hosted CORA continuing education tasks to include but not limited to:
-
Accreditation applications and management
-
Participant and instructor communication
-
Pre- and post-work development and assignment
-
Organization of site supplies and duties at hosted locations
-
Development and disbursement of marketing material to include review of clinical language and regional needs
-
Establish relationships with regional leadership and identify points of contact for communications from CS
-
Assist in the organization through tracking of clinical education finances and budget
-
Create and distribute company-wide clinical education and clinical excellence communication to include updates for clinical tracks with evidence-influenced practice
-
Assist Director of Clinical Excellence in initial review of course outlines and course content (PowerPoints, etc.) for accreditation purposes
-
Track the progress and completion for multiple programs including but not limited to advanced certifications and new graduate mentoring programs
-
Assist Director of Clinical Excellence in project management of certifications including engagement, process modification, problem-solving, and innovation of current and future certifications

Assist in management of multiple LM Systems to include, but not limited to: CORA Institute for CE website maintenance/updates, create course listings, review rosters, notify Director of Clinical Excellence regarding wait lists, assignment of trainings, assignment to programs or knowledge tracks<
