CORA Physical Therapy has an opening for a full time BART Team Clerk. The BART Team Clerk is responsible for auditing every evaluation through BART Workstation; reviewing and verifying that all necessary fields mandated for billing are entered prior to being approved for billing. Prior medical/billing experience a plus!

What You'll Do

As a BART Team Clerk at CORA, you’ll:

• Regularly runs reports, reviewing unbilled charges listing
• Checks scanning station for documents necessary to review accounts and required for claim submission
• Reviews CPAS fields required for billing a clean claim; making corrections that can be made based upon access and/or communicating errors requiring corrections with clinic personnel
• Perform any other duties as directed and the ability to work flexible hours Monday - Friday

 

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of experience in the healthcare field required; experience with Medical Billing in Physical Therapy setting preferred
• Detail oriented and organized
• Positive professional image with ability to communicate effectively via phone and/or email
