Certifications

Advance your career through mentorship and specialized learning.

CORA offers a growing portfolio of internal specialty certifications designed to help clinicians deepen expertise and pursue their professional interests, including certifications in Manual Therapy (PT), Orthopaedic (PTA), Vestibular/Concussion, Pelvic Health, Obstetrics, and the Upper Extremity. These certifications not only allow you to specialize in areas youโ€™re passionate about, but also help you stand out within your clinic by demonstrating advanced expertise, leadership potential, and a strong commitment to continuous professional growth. Recognizing that every clinicianโ€™s passions and career goals are unique, CORA also provides resources and support to develop and expand specialty programs, giving clinicians the ability to build new specialty services within their own communities when they donโ€™t yet exist. To further support advanced specialization, CORA hosts a monthly study group for clinicians preparing to become Certified Hand Therapists (CHT), fostering collaboration, mentorship, and shared success.

Clinical Ladder Program

Advance your career through leadership, recognition, and clinical excellence.

Our Clinical Ladder is one of the many ways CORA invests in your long-term careerโ€”not just your next job. Designed for clinicians who want to grow, lead, and be recognized for their expertise, this structured program gives you a clear pathway to advance as a Clinical Specialist I or II when you meet defined criteria. As you progress, youโ€™ll strengthen your clinical skills, elevate patient care, and gain visibility for the impact you make every day.

Built on a culture of excellence and mentorship, the Clinical Ladder rewards achievements such as earning certifications, developing advanced clinical expertise, and supporting the growth of others. Itโ€™s more than a titleโ€”itโ€™s an opportunity to continuously learn, expand your influence, and shape your future as a clinician. If youโ€™re looking for a workplace that supports ambition, values expertise, and provides real opportunities to advance, CORA gives you the ladder to climb.
