As a Revenue Relations Specialist at CORA Physical Therapy, you will support daily revenue cycle operations by working billing edit reports, resolving billing issues, and ensuring claims are processed and billed accurately and on time. This role plays a key part in payer setup, charge correction workflows, and supporting both PSC and CBO teams with billing-related needs. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

As a Revenue Relations Specialist at CORA, you will:

  • Review, analyze, and maintain payer fee schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Validate contracted reimbursement rates against payer payments and system adjudication.
  • Identify reimbursement variances and underpayments related to fee schedules, contract language, or system configuration.
  • Collaborate with Collection Managers to initiate appeals or corrections when payments do not align with contracted rates.
  • Provide analytical support to billing, collections, and posting teams by identifying trends and potential upstream fixes.Assist with payer setups across all companies.
  • Load fee schedules based on contracted insurances and plans to support the Revenue Relations Manager.
  • Set up payer websites for PSC and/or CBO teams.
  • Complete charge corrections related to contract updates.
  • Process null charge corrections from billers.
  • Review and work the Billing Edit Report to ensure all billing errors are corrected in a timely manner.
  • Perform MD setups and Case Manager setups across all companies.
  • Collaborate with the BART Team and PSC when insurance changes occur.
  • Assist with Triflex billing as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of medical billing and collections practices
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
